We help aspiring and experienced biologists develop the robust scientific foundation they need to succeed in their chosen profession. We guide students interested in advancing their knowledge in biology for an array of rewarding science-focused careers. Choose from the following biology degrees:

Associate

Associate of Science in Biology

Format: On Campus or Online
Number of credit hours: 60

Develop the fundamentals you need to gain entry to a number of scientific fields or continue on to your bachelor-level studies. Gain a robust foundation in the essentials of biology, including anatomy and physiology. Enrich these core studies through focuses in other scientific disciplines, including chemistry and physics.

Bachelor of Science in Biology – Criminal Justice

Format: On Campus or Online
Number of credit hours: 120

Leverage your scientific expertise around the human body and its functions in the pursuit of criminal justice. Explore areas that support crime scene identification processes across multiple scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry, and physics. Blend your scientific-driven coursework with concepts across criminal justice, including criminal law, procedures, and investigations, along with criminal justice management and constitutional law. 

Bachelor of Science in Biology – Health Care Management

Format: On Campus or Online
Number of credit hours: 120

Prepare for entry to the organizational health care management industry through an emphasis on management principles enriched by a focus in the biological sciences. Your coursework will cover a blend of health care management fundamentals, as well as concepts in human resources management, international issues in health care management, as well as health care organization finance and legal theory and applications within health care management.

Bachelor of Science in Biology – Human Nutrition & Performance

Format: On Campus or Online
Number of credit hours: 120

Serve optimal health and well-being through a strong foundation in the human sciences, supported by coursework in nutrition and physical performance. You’ll explore the scientific disciplines that impact human health and fitness, including biology, chemistry, and physics. Your nutrition and performance studies will cover specialized topics such as kinesiology and biomechanics and active nutritional assessment of athletes.

Bachelor of Science in Biology – Physiology & Exercise Science

Format: On Campus or Online
Number of credit hours: 120

Gain the skills you need to help advance the health, fitness and performance goals of athletes and clients in personal training, group fitness and other physical exercise settings. Build a strong foundation across relevant scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry, and physics, enhancing specialized focuses in human nutrition and physical performance, physiology of exercise and performance assessment, biomechanics and kinesiology and pathophysiology.

Bachelor of Science in Biology – Sports & Recreation Management

Format: On Campus or Online
Number of credit hours: 120

Bring an expertise in the biological sciences to several sports and recreation management settings. Develop your approach to oversight of sports teams, athletic programs and recreational facilities and events through coursework in sports management fundamentals, alongside specialized concepts in ethics in sports, facilities and event management, legal aspects of sports and organization and administration of physical education and sports. Round out these studies through a multi-discipline scientific focus across biology, chemistry, and physics.
